• You come for the aperitivo, but stay all night and roll into dinner.

  • You forget to take photos because … well, this wasn’t your first aperitivo of the afternoon. (Also, a delicious mash of chickpeas topped with carciofi is never a good look no matter how many lenses your phone boasts.)

  • Grissini can, in a pinch, be a meal in itself, but I tuck into a plate of Tajarin and Amy enjoys a bowl of gnochi with smoked mussels.

Dear reader: Today in food, we revisited Petricore in Alba’s center. We went for an aperitivo, but as usual found ourselves sitting for hours and devouring the menu.
